- Manual-Wet Standpipe System design and coordination
- Integration of Fire Booster Pump and Underground Fire Service
Highlights & Achievements:
- BIM coordination efforts utilizing Navisworks Manage to resolve multidisciplinary clashes and ensure constructability
- Delivered a fully compliant fire protection design per CFC 2022, NFPA 13, NFPA 14, and local San Francisco Fire Department requirements
- Addressed special code compliance requirements for the EV parking garage, ensuring proper system zoning and safety coverage
- Produced detailed design drawings, hydraulic calculations, Material Submittal, Shop drawings, fabrication list, and coordination layouts for construction and AHJ approval
