We begin by understanding your project’s goals, systems, and risks across all disciplines, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Then, we develop a compliance and performance strategy tailored to codes, occupancy type, and operational requirements.
We develop coordinated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP) designs built for safety, efficiency, and constructability. Every system is engineered to meet code, integrate seamlessly across disciplines, and perform reliably in the real world.
We develop detailed construction documents, fabrication lists, and submittals using Revit for modeling and Navisworks for coordination. Our team collaborates closely with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure every MEP system integrates seamlessly from design through construction.
During construction, we remain actively involved, providing on-site and remote support to review installation, resolve field conflicts, and verify that every MEP system is installed and performing as designed. Our involvement ensures quality, compliance, and project continuity from concept through completion.
We guide every project through final testing, AHJ inspections, and system acceptance for all MEP disciplines. Our team verifies performance, documentation, and as-builts, ensuring full compliance and long-term reliability before project turnover.
